Jerry Hatton is a Maritimer from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and now resides in the USA. Jerry has a great
talent for Country Music and his cheerful personality makes him many friends and fans on his personal
appearances and club dates. Before immigrating to the USA, Jerry had his own radio show over CKEN,
Kentville, N.S. and also appeared regularly on a Country Music show on CKCW TV Moncton, N.B. for
three years which covered the Maritime Provinces. Jerry also toured the Canadian Provinces with his
own show for five years doing personal appearances, TV and radio work. In 1965 Jerry was among the
top artists in Canada performing and recording Country Music. Jerry toured overseas US Military
bases and appeared in the top night spots from New Jersey to Maine. Some of Jerry's top credits are:
Carnegie Hall, New York City; Symphony Hall, Newark; New York Colosseum Auto Show; New Jersey
State Fair; Middlesex County Fair; Suffolk County Fair; County Fairs; Pepsi Cola's Mountain Dew Radio
Show. He has appeared on Canadian Network TV and had his own radio show. Jerry is a versatile
performer and a great singer.
Since 1973 Jerry has been performing with his wife Debbie Lynn. Debbie is a vocalist and a musician,
having performed with the Jerry Hatton Show for many years. Debbie is a down-home type and is well
accepted as a Country Music entertainer. She is judged by peers in the Country Music business as a
pure country voice. The duo with Jerry on rhythm and vocals and Debbie on bass and vocals along
with Tony Richards on pedal steel guitar and a drummer brings a full sound to their performances.
Jerry and Debbie are well accepted in Clubs, Flea Markets, Family Re-unions, Weddings, etc.. For 10
years, they performed for the Shop-Rite food chain and N.J. Mall Merchants Assoc. doing promotions &
Grand Openings all over the tri-state area.
